Returns & Refund Policy
- We hope you are completely satisfied with your Giorgia Centofanti purchase. However if, for any reason, you do wish to return an it em(s) purchased from giorgiacentofanti.com which, are not SALE or otherwise noted as FINAL SALE, you can do so for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of receipt by mail.
- For all returns that are shipped back, a shipping & handling charge of $7.95 will be deducted from any form of credit given. After receiving your returns, we’ll proceed to the inspection of the item(s) and we will notify you immediately via e-mail if the product(s) complies with our policy to obtain a refund.
- We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds, depending on your provider for the refunded amount to be visible in your account.
- Giorgia Centofanti will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. In the interest of hygiene and returns purpose we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear. Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our facility.
- Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and Giorgia Centofanti reserves the right to deny any return if we receive damaged goods or does not comply with our policy. However, denied returns will be shipped back to the customer at his own cost.
- It is imperative for all returns for the customer to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to ensure a refund. We are not liable for goods not returned to us.

giorgiacentofanti.com is unfortunately not able to offer merchandise exchanges or store credits at this time, please process a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a separate order for the new items you wish to receive.
Faulty Items
Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to customerservice@giorgiacentofanti.com within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
Giorgia Centofanti cannot be responsible for any changes that occurs to an item, due as a result of normal wear and tear and due to the nature of garment materials.

If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return for refund.
The return must be shipped within 15 days since the goods receipt and must be exclusively manage with the specified courier.
